1). What's your trading strategy?
The strategy is based on the market momentum and support & resistance reversals. All trades come with pre-determined StopLoss's to manage risks.
2). Is this an expert advisor or manual trading?
Signals are generated 100% manually after analysing the current market conditions.
3). What is ''AUTO TRADING''?
'Autotrading' means after you link your account with Auslanco SwingFX system via Zipsignals, you will
automatically have the trades/signals executed on your Metatrader account including the real time trade updates such as StopLoss and Take Profit.
4). Do I have the full control over my account ?
You have the full control over your account at all times.
5). Do I need to have a Metatrader4 account?
yes , you must have a Metatrader4 broker account.
6). Do you recommend a broker?
You can use any Metatrader broker . It's highly recommended for you to use a broker with MICRO LOT (not mini lots) capability regardless of your account size. One of our greatest strengths is position size
compounding for maximum gains. Micro lots will give you that extra edge with the smallest lot increments as the account grows. Our preferred brokers with micro lots capabilities are

7). Are you guys compliant with the new NFA rule ?
We do not hedge. But we use StopLoss's on all our trades at the time of entry.
8). Do I need to stay front of the Computer ?
No, all trades are executed and managed automatically on your account without your presence.
9). Can I trade the signals manually?
No. Sometimes we may update a trade 4 or 5 times a day as the market changes. Most of our trades are not tradable manually.
10). what hours do you trade?
We trade on all market hours and the market is monitored 24hrs a day.
11). How much capitol do I need to start with your service ?
You can start with any amount.
We use your actual account balance to determine lot size. As your account balance raises so does the lot size on new orders.
12). I'm not computer savvy, Is it difficult to set up my account with your autotrading signals?
It's very easy to set up. You get the video tutorials to guide you through. You will also have email support if you need more help.
13). How much RISK do you take with your strategy ?
Auslanco is well known among the trading community for his sound risk management trading style.
Maximum risk per open pair is 3% of your account balance. Most times the risk is less than 2% per pair.
Target Risk to Reward per trade is 1:2
All trades are placed on your account with a stopLoss of aprox 1-3% of your account balance.
14). Can I change my own lot sizes/ position size ?
Yes . However we recommend you to keep the default money management settings.
15). Do I need to have my computer running 24hrs a day ?
Yes, You must ensure to leave your computer running at all times with constant internet connectivity.
16). What if I cant leave my computer on 24hrs a day ?
No worries , You can use a third party VPS service to host your Metatrader account. We prefer
BlackboxVPS Inc service due to it's latest technology servers, Lower prices and great customer service. * Windows VPS Hosting 'HV-256 plan' is suitable for this service.
Also another option is
VPS Land. *Windows 2003 'starter plan' is recommended.
17). I really can't be bothered with all this technical stuff !!. Is there any other option ?
